Our Batch bread takes 8 hours to make from start to finish showing that time is a major component in making quality bread. After a long fermenting period the Batch is baked for an hour and a half on a low temperature to bring out the fullness of the flavour. Our Batch can be bought Sliced and Plain in a resealable bag and in certain stores you can get a Plain Unwrapped Batch.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, vegetable fat, improver: emulsifiers E472(e), E481, Vit C
Storage: Store in a cool, dry location, suitable for freezing (3 months), defrost thoroughly before use.
