White Sliced Pan 800g

Our Traditional Sliced Pan. In the bakery we call it a ‘Jumbo’ because it’s baked in a larger tin than our other loaves. This allows the dough to expand in a larger area resulting in a more open, lighter texture to the loaf.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), water, yeast, salt, Clean Label Improver: dried ryesourdough, wheat flour, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil), flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), Vegetable oil (palm & rapeseed oil).

Storage: Store in a cool, dry location, suitable for freezing (3 months), defrost thoroughly before use. 

Allergen: Contains soya & gluten
