Low GI Multiseed Bread

GI stands for Glyceamic Index and is a measure of how quickly food is digested. So foods with a low GI such as our Low GI Multiseed Bread will digest slowly which helps to make you feel fuller for longer – Great for helping to avoid unnecessary snacking! And as the award suggests, it tastes great too!

Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, sunflower seeds(8%), linseed(4%), pumpkin seeds(2%), jumbo oats(2%), rye flour, gluten, yeast, wheat bran, sugar, salt, burnt sugar, sourdough powder, emulsifiers (mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, soya lecithin)

Storage: Store in a cool, dry location, suitable for freezing (3 months), defrost thoroughly before use.

Allergen: Contains soya, gluten
