Our Family Pan is 25% lighter than our White Sliced Pan but has a beautiful open texture. This lighter loaf is still great for making sandwiches and it’s kinder to your pocket too!
Ingredients: flour, water, yeast, dried RYE sourdough, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, salt vegetable oil (palm & rapeseed oil).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry location, suitable for freezing (3 months), defrost thoroughly before use.
Allergen: Contains soya & gluten
